We want you to love your Guizio pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
